The Roswell First Responders Foundation ("RFRF," "we," "our," or "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Roswell, Georgia (EIN: 93-4909263). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information about visitors to our website at roswellfirstresponders.org.

• We do not use tracking cookies beyond those required for Google Analytics and Stripe's fraud prevention tools.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics with IP anonymization enabled. Google Privacy Policy
• Resend — transactional email delivery (confirmation emails, receipts)
• Google Maps — embedded map on our Contact page

We retain contact form submissions and donation records for a minimum of 7 years as required by nonprofit accounting standards. Email newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations
