By accessing or using the website located at roswellfirstresponders.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, donors, and others who access or use the Site.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully — it describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Site to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content without written permission from RFRF
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or crawl the Site in a manner that disrupts its operation

The Roswell First Responders Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 93-4909263). Donations made through this Site are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A receipt will be emailed to the address you provide.

Payment Processing

All online payments — including donations and event tickets — are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you submit payment information on this Site, that information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. RFRF does not store, transmit, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. Stripe is certified as a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider.

Refund Policy

Because all donations directly support RFRF's programs and operations, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), please contact us within 30 days at info@roswellfirstresponders.org and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Event Tickets

Ticket refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event date. Refunds for purchases made within 72 hours of the event will be considered at RFRF's discretion.

By submitting your email address through any form on this Site — including the newsletter signup, contact form, donation form, or event RSVP — you consent to receive transactional emails related to your submission (e.g., donation receipts, event confirmations, and replies to your inquiry).

If you opt into our newsletter or general updates, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the footer of every marketing email we send. You may also request removal by emailing info@roswellfirstresponders.org. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect delivery of transactional messages (such as donation receipts) that are directly related to your actions on the Site.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and the RFRF name and seal — is the property of the Roswell First Responders Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to our pages and use brief quotations with attribution, but you may not reproduce Site content in bulk or commercially without written permission.

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RFRF does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RFRF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you donated or paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. RFRF has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
